I’m excited to share tid bits of my life with you here- whether it be fun new recipes I force my husband to eat or helpful information I learn along my health journey. I say ‘journey’ because I strongly feel that this is precisely what it is- I’m constantly learning, growing and evolving my knowledge of what healthy means to me. I love having the ability to relate to you.

I work full time as a Financial Analyst for Southwest Airlines, part time as a recipe and content developer for health and wellness brands and have a thriving passion for travel, fitness and spending time with my hunk of a husband.
My passion for healthy living shines brightest in the kitchen. I love creating easy and simple recipes that are realistic to actually make. I know too well what it’s like to favorite recipes that never come to fruition because they include crazy bizarre ingredients or intricate kitchen tools that I just don’t have on hand. I look to make a healthy and balanced lifestyle easy and attainable while inspiring and motivating both you and I!
I believe that a positive attitude is everything. When we change our perspective, we change our experience. This applies to health, wellness, relationships and life altogether. Every challenge I face is a learning experience and an opportunity to work even harder on being mindful. Mindful of the sheer happiness and gratitude I have for being alive and well.
