After attending FitLiving Eats nutrition workshop the other week, I have been seriously inspired to revamp my smoothie game. They are one of my favorite ways to start the day- packed with nutrition, they keep me full until lunch! As long as I have my go to recipe on hand, they’re fairly easy to make too. AKA I’ve made some terrible smoothies in my day, so I’ll keep to the recipe here.

MY GO TO GREEN SMOOTHIE
Prep time: 5 minutes
1 c dark leafy greens
1/2 c nut milk
1/2 c water
1/2 frozen banana
1/3 c steamed and frozen cauliflower
1 soop protein powder
Blend and top with your favorite fresh fruit, seeds and nuts.
